Ive seen on internet some interesting posts about phycocyanin and spirulina chemical stress. They talk about getting phycocyanin levels so high that would change the colour of the culture, literally blue or purple liquid. Some posts talk about UV stress and others about saline stress. The bad thing about this is that they didn`t talk much about HOW we would get that.
This is killing me, I would really appreciate if someone has any idea of how to do this….
