    Hi,
    There are two options for the consumer: Dried and frozen. Could anyone tell me how the B vitamins-ideally in fresh spirulina- hold up during processing?

    Also, are there any growers out there who add minerals, such as magnesium, to their fertilizer?

    good question! Want to know that too.

    Most of the time, re. nutrients retention in spirulina it goes like this:

    Fresh > Forzen > low temp. dry > flash dry > higer temp. dry
